The Black Bull of Clarence
The Black Bull of Clarence is the fifth release in the series and its links to Her Majesty come from Edward IV. Although part of Edward's reign was marred by the War of the Roses, he overcame the Lancastrian threat in 1471. Known as a brave soldier, Edward IV was never defeated in battle. He was the 4th Duke of York before ascending to the throne as well as 9th Earl of Ulster, 7th Earl of March and 5th Earl of Cambridge. The Black Bull of Clarence Queen's Beast Silver coin shows the Royal Arms that were carried by Edward IV and by his brother, Richard III.
