1838 Victoria gold sovereign shield certified by PCGS AU53
The first issue of Vicotria gold sovereign shield , was minted in 1838. Among with 1839 and 1841 these dates are the most difficult to purchase.
1838 is rare to find in AU condition as most of the examples in the market are VF-XF .
